RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We will exchange or refund any
item(s), if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Please
note that the product must be unused with the label attached. After our team
reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value
product. Refunds, in most cases, be issued to the same credit card you used for
the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and
applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow
two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you choose to return order then
you will need to inform us by calling or sending an e-mail. Please mention
clearly why you would like to return your order. We will not consider the
return if customer sends it without notifying The Rising by calling or by
sending an e-mail.
Please return all the articles in
their original packing. Note that on return, customer will have to bear
shipment charges.
Accessories cannot be returned and
refunded.
Items on Sales cannot be refunded
or exchanged with certain exception. Currently we do not support refund policy
for Cash on Delivery Method. Replacement shall only be
entertained if the customer wants to exchange same article for different size.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once
the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that
contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and
Exchange Policy will apply. The Rising may cancel orders for any reason. Common
reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors, or payment is declined by the financial institution.
